Lovely Honey 1st tried it when we bought it at the Yorkshire outlet Artisan market and liked it so much we ordered two jars of lemon infused honey and one jar of Orange infused honey, No doubt we will be ordering some more.
I initially tried this as it's locally produced to help with my hayfever - which it did.
The lemon infusion adds a little extra zest to the honey and it's amazing drizzled over Greek yoghurt. This is definitely a staple for me now.
