Lemon Infused Honey
Bright, zesty, and naturally uplifting, our lemon honey is a morning staple. Stir a spoonful into hot water with a slice of fresh ginger for a soothing drink, drizzle it over Greek yoghurt and granola, or use it to glaze roasted carrots and parsnips. It also makes a beautiful salad dressing when whisked with olive oil and a little Dijon mustard.
Orange Infused Honey
Warm and fragrant, orange honey pairs beautifully with both sweet and savoury dishes. Try it drizzled over a cheese board — it's particularly good with aged cheddar or creamy brie. It works wonderfully as a glaze for duck or pork, and stirred into porridge on a cold morning it feels genuinely indulgent. For baking, swap it in wherever a recipe calls for honey or golden syrup for a subtle citrus lift.
Chilli Infused Honey
Our chilli honey has become something of a cult favourite. The heat builds slowly, balanced by the natural sweetness of the honey — it's addictive in the best possible way. It's also brilliant on a charcuterie board alongside cured meats and strong cheeses.
General Tips for Using Infused Honey
- Don't overheat it. Raw honey loses some of its beneficial properties above 40°C, so add it after cooking where possible, or use it in warm (not boiling) drinks.
- Store at room temperature. Keep your infused honey in a cool, dark cupboard — there's no need to refrigerate it.
- Use a clean, dry wooden spoon or dipper. Moisture can cause honey to ferment over time, so always use a dry utensil.
